Restorative Sound Bath at Hope Flower Farm

Sound Bath with Michelle

September 7, 2025

A sound bath is a deeply immersive full body listening experience that uses sound to nurture your mind and body.

The experience begins with an invitation to ground, center, and find presence with your breath. Throughout the remainder of the experience, Michelle offers restorative and yin yoga poses to amplify the effectiveness of the sounds. Let the soothing sounds of the gong, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and more gently drift you off into bliss. Allow yourself to relax fully and release any energies that are keeping you from your highest good; the vibrations are a tool to aid you in this.

**By registering for this event, you have read and understood the below.
While sound baths are generally safe for most people, there are a few precautions and contraindications to be aware of:

  • Pregnancy — Sound baths are generally considered safe, but some may prefer to consult their doctor beforehand, especially during the first and third trimesters.

  • Pacemakers and other electronic implants — The vibrations from sound baths are unlikely to interfere with pacemakers or other implanted devices. However, it's always best to consult your doctor before attending a session if you have any concerns.

  • Epilepsy — In rare cases, specific sound frequencies may trigger seizures in people with epilepsy. If you have epilepsy, speak with your doctor before attending a sound bath session.

  • Sensitivity to sound — A sound bath may be overwhelming if you have a heightened sensitivity to sound. If you participate, consider using earplugs or sitting further away from the sound source. If you wear hearing aids, some adjustments might be necessary for your comfort.

***Please bring your own yoga mat, blocks, bolster, blanket if you have them! I will have some props available to borrow but not enough for everyone who attends. Dress comfortably for room temperature; this event is warm but if you get easily cold, please plan accordingly.
